I do like the poached egg “”Crown”” . Take a regular coffee mug and make a inner lining with a twelve inch bit of clingy film. Break the egg into the clingy film in the mug, pull all four corners together and spin the egg in the clingy film so that bits of egg go up into the creases created be the spinning. Bung it in some boiling ish water and poach your egg, leave the long bit of clingy film hanging over the side so that you can remove your egg and check it’s progress. When cooked to your liking, remove by unspinning your clingy film and you will have lovely little points like a crown. Ozziedog,,,,,,,,Taaaaaa Daaaaaahhh

I had a baked egg in tomatoey/beany spicy type thing for breakfast recently -had to google its name - Shakshuka - Middle Eastern baked eggs - really nice and a close second to cake when it come to what eggs are good at.
