Different Ways to Cook Eggs

    Im getting to a point where I cant eat another egg, the wife walks one of our cockers every day in the countryside around our village, the dog has the nack of finding the nests of the many chickens we have wandering around the fields and lanes. She comes back with dozens, not to mention all sorts of fruits nuts and mushrooms. As a result of the glut my diet lately has been mainley egg based. We could do with some insperation.

    Zabaglione? You’ll only be using the yolks but you can freeze the whites and make Elton Mess or summat similar another day...

    Well it has Marsala wine in it. You could then make a tiramisu as well....I bloody love tiramisu me! :thumbsup:

    I once asked a girl how she liked her eggs in the morning.....


    She said unfertilised!


    No I said, you seem to have me mistaken. I was going to prepare breakfast in the morning and was merely enquiring as to the manner in which you prefer your eggs to be cooked. I went in to explain that the eggs were fresh, free range, organic, and ideal for dishes as diverse as eggs benedict, scrambled on toast, or served simply in an egg cup or similar receptacle with toast ‘soldiers”.

  19. 1 egg white add icing sugar till it makes a rollable paste roll into( large marble ) sized balls place on a saucer in the middle put in middle of microwave cook full heat for approx 80 seconds it will puff into a large maringue . Make as many as you want and add cream chocolate or what ever . Not many people know this and spend hours cooking in the oven .
