Im getting to a point where I cant eat another egg, the wife walks one of our cockers every day in the countryside around our village, the dog has the nack of finding the nests of the many chickens we have wandering around the fields and lanes. She comes back with dozens, not to mention all sorts of fruits nuts and mushrooms. As a result of the glut my diet lately has been mainley egg based. We could do with some insperation.
Zabaglione? You’ll only be using the yolks but you can freeze the whites and make Elton Mess or summat similar another day...

1 egg white add icing sugar till it makes a rollable paste roll into( large marble ) sized balls place on a saucer in the middle put in middle of microwave cook full heat for approx 80 seconds it will puff into a large maringue . Make as many as you want and add cream chocolate or what ever . Not many people know this and spend hours cooking in the oven .
