I don't like to do ours until I feel 'organised' which means when I've bought and wrapped the pressies or most of the pressies at least. So that usually means tht we don't put our decs up until about 20th ish :
I'll go out about a week before the day with chainsaw in hand and find the perfect tree only to find that on retruning home its grown by 4ft and won't fit in the house.
Brilliant. Anyone else want to join Poo, Zed and I for non festive day?? But I must insist on making cheesy sprouts. (Where is the sprout smiley?)
Christmas eve traditionally and take them down on the 12th night epiphony 5th january the evening before the end of christmas 6th - if you leave them up past then they should stay up all year .
