Camp over and One Day event - Hunstanton 30th Sept 2012 - Charity Event...

It's down to the camping I think???
Have you organised it or leaving it until nearer the time? Maybe if there was something definate you'd get more peeps?

Or Deepdale is nearer Hunstanton... Nice site there.

 

well i have spoken to those in charge, and we cannot camp at hunstanton as they do for lifestyles due to health and safety, and not having shower blocks etc....so its down to a campsite.......i'll get on the blower to stifkey tomorrow after work, make sure they are ok with it, and then let ya'll know. Where abouts is deepdale?? is that burnham deepdale??

 

right then, spoken to burnham deepdale, they arent interested, wont accept bookings for less than 2 nights at weekends and wont accept bookings for more than 12 people over 3 pitches at once.......so im now gonna ring stifkey.....

fainling this, we could all ring and book separately........

 

Right then........i've spoken to Stifkey, and they are fine with it....

I need to know definate numbers of campers and people by the end of next week if possible. I can adjust the numbers at a later date, its just so we can try and guage how much room we have. Also if anyone would like to stay for more than 1 night (i.e saturday AND sunday) then if you could also let me know, so i can let them know.....
