Looks good to me too. Did you adjust the pushrod to the correct clearance?

Thanks for replies back.I have just tried bleeding master again and no fluid coming out the outlet to the front brakes.I have even taken the pipe union out and still no fluid coming out ! so will send it back to the suppliers and see what they say ?

Bench bleed the master cylinder first – remove it, fill it with fluid and push the pistons.

Make sure the pushrod has the correct clearance, if it is too tight fluid can’t get into the master cylinder.

77 Westy you are a legend ! I loosened the two 8mm nuts on the master and fluid immediately came dripping out from the loose union. Will look into adjustment tonight Much appreciated.

Okay I had a read up on various sites and all they all do seems a little muddled .To go back to basics . Do I need approx 1mm gap between the pushrod and the master cylinder piston ? and is this adjusted by the two large locknuts on the servo ?
