Today I'm quite chuffed with myself...its a fair few years I have done any engine work but today... booooom get in my rebuilt engine fired into life. have to finish it off with connecting up heat echangers and bits but I'm a happy chap. Dont know how to upload a video ofthe start up...
kitchen roll actually, spilt some oil when filling it. it just got chucked in the corner.......... on my timing pulley its marked at 28, 30 and 32 degrees, which should it go too
its only been static timed up to now so will need the strobe light before running it for too long. it doesn't need running at revs for the normal 20minutes as the cam and followers are not new just re-faced... can still taste the burning paint fumes off the exhaust.....
