evertyime i top the oil up by decanting into a tonic bottle (they seem to be the only ones empty!*hic*) and then putting it in via a funnel, i wonder if there is a better, quicker, less contortion needed way? is there a gizmo that helps, a gadget that i didn't know about? or, is it just the way it is?
get a jug with a long flexible spout http://www.toolstop.co.uk/sealey-j2f-measuring-jug-with-flexible-spout-2ltr-p15082
excellent! (but 6.95 delivery is a bit steep) does it work for a bay? i still find the tonic bottle too long.
Its a slow pourer so take your time. I use a top off a medium sized lucozade bottle then a 500ml jug to pour it in. Easy and no mess.
its perfect for bays,i didnt get mine from them just showing you what i meant. got mine at a show many moons ago
thabk you both. i like the idea of the jug, will keep an eye out for one. next question, where do you all keep your oily bits?
I put the lucazade funnel inside the jug then wrapped in a plastic sandwich bag. Been fine for years so far.btw its a plastic measuring jug get them cheap from yon supermarket.
