  1. Whats the best way to bench run a 1600 t/p would it be easier to get hold of a bell houseing to accomodate the starter or is there something else you can make up ? Any ideas or tips or contraptions people have made up most welcome :)

Im due to pull the motor for a complete rebuild soon as its getting a bit tierd and would obviously like to bench run it before hand to check everythings ok before i shove it back in .

Also do you still have to break in new cams? if i need to fit one as doing this on the bench would be easier than installing the engine and swearing when i find i have missed something

ideas and tips on a postcard if you please 8)

  4. you can use a T25 bell housing too... just make sure that you get a 76on (or T25) starter to go in it :)
