I thought the bottom picture (newer looking one) had a couple of bits chopped off. The top, older looking one looks more complete. Is that right? Post code is PE10 0SG.

OK so it's the top one I'm after. I'm going to paint it yellow anyway now that I've got my colour matched Rustoleum from Avenue supplies

That makes sense as a friend of mine has had his pop top for 24 years and the middle belly pan is still there and says he has never taken it off....god knows what's lurking behind it

 

They normally cover up a BA6 heater which some vans had fitted !
I have some of them as well

I have 4 or 5 units in total all untested and probably enough bits to put 2 complete systems together i am going to keep one.
No idea of price but they are getting very hard to find

Long term I need some heating
Short term im skint and can cope without!

We stayed on my mates drive last week with a portable hook up through his window and through my window. Plugged a radiator and an electric blanket in. It was far too hot
