WANTED Bass bin/boom box thingy. DONE.

Any of you bad ass boy racers got an old bass box knocking around? i used to have a nice vibe one in my yoof but i grew up, i have however still got a nice amp knocking around so fancied a bit of a better sound in the van - long shot but worth a punt.

 

ta, i really need to sort the audio in my van anyway, the rear speakers are poo but i didn't want to cut any bigger holes than were already there i thought if i added a sub i may be able to counter act it....

Are your back speakers in the R&R kick board?
If so, box them in inside the bed, it'll make a massive difference.

 

no my speakers have been put in the sides (one where the ashtray would be on a westy and one over the foam pad on the opposite side) I may remove them and repanel the wood but I wouldn't put them in the bed frame anyway as I like as much room under there as possible.

 

I will have a word at work rick as most of us have subs in our cars and I have been thinking of putting one some where in the van for abit more bass!

 

I've got one dude... low useage too, as the 6x9s were plenty in the doors

It's an alpine unit, with built in amp... not sure how I'd get it to you, as it's chuffin heavy

£50? I'm in Essex but would have thought postage would be around £5 via myhermes

It's in good condition hardly used. I brought it for my Lotus to beef up the sound from the small speakers.

Will take some photos at the weekend.
