I have been umming and ahhing over what to do with the colour of Arthur. Finances dictate that we have to wait for a year or so before a full respray, but he really is just SO big and blue that whilst some days I love it, some days equally I hate it too. Have been toying with the idea of spraying the bumpers alpine white myself (did some interior spraying and now fancy a bash at the outside) and possibly the roof if the bumpers come up ok. I just think he really needs something to break up the "blueness". Being a super viking he has a biiiiiiiiiiiiiig roof so lots and lots, and LOTS of blue! In addition, he has a number of flaking bits (and the massive gerbera cunningly covers where I scraped off our gate post a few weeks ago!), and I am really struggling to get a paint match and t-cut is useless. SO I thought I'd go down the decal route...at £50 a heck of a lot cheaper than a spray, hides most of the bad patches AND looks quite cute (I think) into the bargain! Am going to just leave it on this side for the moment and will decide later whether to branch it out a bit more. I quite like the idea that it looks completely standard from one side.
