This man is the suspect in the disappearance of a 14 yr old girl. It turns out the Latvian was convicted of murdering a woman in Latvia and indecently assaulted a girl here. What on earth are we doing tolerating a system that allows people like this to come into our country. I am getting very intolerant of people who come here as criminals or with cultures that are just not compatible with our society.
I don't think it's a cultural thing tbh....a 2@ is a 2@ in any culture....but I understand where you're coming from.....whilst you can't necessarily use previous demeanours to judge someone's innocence or guilt, at some point, you have to draw a line and say that on the basis of previous behaviour, this person shouldn't be granted residency (if allowed into the community at all)....if he is found (and found to be guilty) he will be charged and punished according to UK Law...I imagine he'd have a pretty rough time as a child molester in the nick...rough justice...but justice non-the-less
Im thinking more of the grooming/abuse thing that seems to have been going on in most larger towns, including one near where I live.
Too many do gooders run this country that's what, it's a disgrace that we let anyone in here, when the balkans war ended we had murderers, rapists, people who had tortured others kicked out of their countries and we just let them all in, it's mental !! and our country really is'nt our own any more, lefty liberal yogurt weavers will shout racism but it's there fault all these chickens are coming home to roost. It *******es me off that we have no control of who can cross our boarders- is it that hard to stop convicted murderers coming in? I don't know anything about the ins and outs of border control but surely it's reasonable not at least try and know who comes in.
Years ago I tried to get into America and could not quite meet the criteria when I left the army, I can just imagine the look on the US immigration officers face if I had put Murder on the form!!!! No way on this gods earth would they have let me in!!!
those guilty of the same crime in Blackburn, Burnley and Bolton were all born and bred in Blighty....as British as you or I.....the fact that they preyed on young females is the issue...not that they were of Pakistani descent and the girls were caucasian...... this is a cultural thing....not a racists thing IMO
If you have a criminal record, you might not even get into the states for a holiday, never mind to be resident....we just welcome anyone with open arms!
He murdered his wife. He's now married again here with a snapper. He was never charged for the indecent assault basically because there were no witnesses. It's the EU and the fact those in power don't give a monkeys who lives in this country as long as someone who already has too much money can make a profit out of them. We are just cogs in a machine. One breaks you get another.
The other issue is that people are still scared to do anything about it due to liberals classing it a race issue....not a criminal issue

Doing nothing recruits more members! A police officer friend of mine had threats made for his safety and he was followed home for weeks by a group of Pakistani drug dealers and his superior offices were afraid to do anything about it incase it damaged community relations!
I for one am just fed up with it all, I wish that one of the main stream parties could come up with a policy to sort it out, I would deffo vote for them!! How that poor girls parents feel at the moment I dare not think, My thoughts are with them and I just hope she turns up and is in good health!
There are lots of white blokes doing it..they are just classed as pedophiles and do time when they get caught...nobody looks the other way in those cases..
I don't know the ins and outs of this particular case, but I would have thought that the authority responsible for policing this area would have to weigh up the pros and cons and likely costs of intervention and reach a compromise for the community as a whole....
I don't think that arresting and charging those involved is 'looking the other way'......as mentioned previously, it's a criminal offence, not a racist one IMO, and should be regarded as such.....if you make it into a racist issue then you may as well say that every Pakistani male is a potential child groomer....clearly not the case
