  3. Fitted with mounting brackets for a t25, the front one needs about 20mm trimming off it's width as the door pillar is thinner.

  4. What's the hibachi thingy??

  5. Son of Hibachi folding bbq.....cracking bit of kit. About £80 from amazon. Does a mean steak!

  6. Have you got any pics of it wound in?

Brilliant things, I'd have one on mine in a flash if it would work with my roof.

  8. I'm defo getting one in the spring

  9. Love the wind outs, but usually set up the tent when staying put for a night or two.

  10. @zed why won't these work with the devon roof, is the gap between the gutter and pop top frame too small?
Could it be made to fit with some bracket wizardry? I know an amazing engineer
I think one of these could be a good solution to my awning hatred.

Looking again at @The Bobdogs picture, maybe it hangs out away from the van and the roof doesn't matter? However if that's the case I can imagine there's a gap between awning and van for the very drips that drive me nuts. :)

One less thing to carry in the van is always good.

  16. I have one ,good to shield you from the sun...

tbh if it was'nt already on the van ,might be easier parking away from the sun...:D

  18. Hi Zed, There is a small gap between the awning and the bus, but the awning is so big that you never end up sitting under that bit anyway! A pal of mine with a t25 westy has made a rubber trim to cover the gap and that seems to work well.
It does just hang on the two brackets , and the pop up roof just clears it. Will try and take some pics for you later.

  19. What's it like driving at speeds with the awning attached, does it rattle etc?
