Saw 'em in Paris with Velvet underground never seen a gig as bad. Saw 'em again at Roundhay on his phone a friend tour - pants. Saw 'em at Elland Road Rattle & Hum tour awesome but that was 30 years ago. Rush awesome every time

A bit of Magnum last night at Rock City, Notts supported by Rebecca Downes. Even though Id had LPs by Magnum in the early 80s I never got to see them but the support act, Rebecca Downes, was the real reason for going. Brilliant voice and band. Magnum were good too so top night all round. Back to Rock City on Thursday for Temperance Movement.
Well, sorry but I was disappointed. Maybe it had something to do with the venue but both U2 and VU where not very good.
