Alive and VDubbin - Jimmy's Farm near Ipswich - 7-9 June 2013

Whoop whoop whoop sooooooo excited, no tickets but hay , I am reassured that the field is big enough , picking the boys up from school on Friday at 3.20 then on our way yaaaayyyy!

 

Row, can I ask a favour........we are heading up for around 8pm on the Friday but not sure what time the gates close. Could I take your mobile number and text you before I set off to make sure we can get in. Or worse still, although unlikely, the campsite is full.

Tickets arrived today whoop whoop

 

Unfortunately can't camp but will be going on Sunday to get ideas and see what's going on.

 

Morning all, hope to catch a few of you over the boarder , look out for us, I shall mainly be pushing around and elderly italian looking lady in a wheelchair ( she's not Italian by the way she just looks it from relatives long lost ,circus gyspys who came over from Italy it appears) , our tent will have a pole with a very long red flag on it and our number plate is GAE . I was trying to find a half decent picture to up load of me but there are none, ! Have a good weekend folks

Now off to jimmys farm to set my van up then I start my duties at 12 I will be on the traders gate which is beside the main entrance will be wearing my Brighton breeze t shirt,

just home, what a fantastic show, one of if not THE best shows of been to!! Clean loos, Well laid out, happy helpful stewards , great music and good range of food traders!!!! Roll on 2014!!!!

 

just got in too, made it there safe and sound and back , nice to meet dave in norfolk and marigold13 ! Tad cold but knowt could be done about that, teaches me to pack according to the weather forecast, great show, met loads of great people, quiet at night , good time had by all , more auto jumble would have been good and a few more dub parts etc in general. Children had a blinding time ! Great bands ! . Someone thought should tell Jimmy the price of his sausages are day light robbery . Well done to all involved in the show you pulled off a blinder, see you again in 2014 !

 

My ex bought some of Jimmy's sausages once. Never again, disgusting!

dave hope it's ok to pass your comments on to the commitie they except all comments good and bad they use it to try and make the shows better every year, I agree the music was brill all local bands, and if you had family the kids area was so busy it was unbelievable I believe that agood time was had by all,

2nd year at Jimmys and another great show - better than last year imho! Real good turn out and the family camping was spot on this year! Plot organisation and sizes by the stewards was really good, as said roll on 2014
