Early Bird Tickets until the end of March for £22.50, Advance tickets after the end of March £25.00. Tickets will be available on the gate only if we have space available so 'Book early to avoid disappointment.

We have now got 2 DJ Stars from the EarlyBay Forum playing on the Friday & Saturday Night.

A Vintage Bike Paddock & Vintage Bike Racing (Cruisers & 20" Shoppers) organised by the infamous 'Hudson Bear'

Round One of Battle of the Bays, a seperate event listing will be created for this.

What vehicles are eligible?

The centre area within the racecourse will be exclusive for aircooled vehicles only or those vehicles that were originally fitted with an aircooled engine. The only watercooled vehicles allowed into the centre area will be traders/caterers and support vehicles. We hope that people will respect this decision, as there are plenty of shows that cater for the wider VW scene.

OK so only 11 days left of early bird tickets for the show at the reduced rate of £22.50 per adult for the whole weekend.

We've also had a few requests to ask whether dogs are allowed and they are as long as they are kept under control and any mess is cleaned up after them.

If you guys are up for a Club camping pitch just let me know how many vehicles,

 

Ok sorry for the lack of information of late,

So we mentioned this before but after a bit of a delay and having chatted it through with to good friend Toby who runs Viva SkegVegas we have decided to do a rerun of the 'Battle of the Bays' that was last held a few years ago at Bus Stopover, we've re christened it as Early vs Late but the idea is the same, who can put on the best line up of Earlybays & LateBays but this time over 2 shows so a chance for one of the teams to sweep the board or could be a draw, who knows.
Its all about variety, stock, slammed, campers, microbuses, commercials........

 

Yes Pete, you are absolutely right, it came from both the forums a few years ago and we thought we would to bring it back in 2014, although I think its fair to say there doesn't seem much interest from either the Earlys or the Lates, shame as you guys won last time

 

Well in 2 weeks time we will be on site at AIRCOOLED 14 so yesterday we took a visit to the Stratford Beer & Cider Festival also held at the racecourse to do a site recce , ground conditions are very good so lets hope for similar weather in the next 2 weeks.

Don't forget advance ticket sales end this coming Friday 20th June so still a few days to save yourself some money
