First time I’ve sprayed stonechip. Really easy I found.
It went further than I thought though, a bottle did all four wheel arches, so only needed 2 bottles for 2 coats.

I’ll grab you a texture picture tomorrow!

I hope you’re not being critical of Max’s fab work?! :)

  12. Raptor is actually marketed as a pick up truck bed liner
Upols underbody stone chip protection goes by the name of gravitex

    Raptor is far tougher
The 4x4 guys spray entire vehicles with it
I have to admit coming close to painting my van in it

You can change the coarseness of the texture by altering the pressure you spray it at

Na, hers went on perfectly! That was my efforts.
She’s been back down there tonight helping to prep the underside for paint. It goes so much quicker with 2 doing it.

I did consider using my priming gun to spray it on but really like the textured finish out of the underseal gun (plus cleanup time was a lot shorter).

Promise you James they are the balls...
I fitted mine in '94, first mod I ever did.
One turn on the front and two on the back.
Fast forward 80,000 miles with no adjustments yet, the ride is as smooth as ever.
They drop then hold for the upward bounce gently evening the ride out.
Probably one of the best mods I ever did, and was only aftermarket anyway and reversible.

Noticed that the Koni logo has been radically updated..
