    has anyone used the company recently as I have ordered 2 hinges for the roof of my Super Viking but have not received them.

    I ordered via their website on 7th September and received a conformation email with an order number. I contacted them on 10th October (via email) but have had no response. I have tried phoning them on the number provided on their website but no one is answering and they have not responded to the 2nd email I have sent today.

    I’m beginning to wonder if the business has folded so am curious if anyone has used them recently or lives nearby as it’s 120 miles each way for me to call down (a 5hr drive) and I don’t fancy doing that at this moment in time.

  7. If you have an email with order number ,then you have proof of purchase ,may be he’s not well again or on hol again , you might be lucky , it does appear previous thread person did get his goods in the end and others have had better experiences so ...........?
     
  8. Send a @snotty :) email saying if you dont have the goods to send please refund or see you in court type thing. He might take note of important ones

    Just call your bank and do a chargeback.

    Small claims court is online and ridiculously easy to use.

    Is it a visa debit card? If so you’re covered by the visa guarantee!

    Unfortunately it’s a Debit MasterCard. Looks like I’m going to have to go down the route Razzyh has posted as I’ve had no response to further emails and still no answer to the phone calls.

    So, I sent a 4th email on Sunday and intimated at going down the ‘chargeback’ route and today received a reply. :chewie:


    Clive has apologised for the problems and explained that the hinges are out of stock and won’t be back in for about 6 weeks. He also explained that no funds had yet been taken from my bank (a check revealed that despite the online sale going smoothly on 7th September, no cash had yet been taken).

    I have left it that I will wait for the hinges to arrive in stock and have asked that Clive let me know when they are despatched.
