So just to keep this up to date, as I've mentioned it's now passed its MOT, spent a while before hand sorting the headlamp washers out. Made me scratch my head a bit because I think as standard when you flash the lights the washers operate but something wasn't right, when I put full beam on the washers just kept running so in the end I just disconnected the wire that linked the two relays and all is now well, as I've not got the overiders it is a useless feature anyway.
Manually adjusted the self adjusting rear brakes ! Can see how they are supposed to work but think I'll be needing to do this every so often.
Took the gear stick out cleaned and regreased the pin and slot are worn and the reverse lug on the stick has a flat spot but I put a new bush on the front end of the tube and the gear change is just about acceptable for now.
Did some cleaning up sealing and painting underneath

Got a tight squeaky track rod end on the fixed arm so ordered a new one, and a steering coupler cos that's a bit cracked

  4. what did you paint the underside in Flakey? thats a job for later in the year for me. all of the original underseal stuff is falling off mine and it's probably causing more harm than good.

It's just Hammerite smooth blue, it's perfect match luckily for its original colour which I'm leaning towards respraying it in now !

  6. I thought self adjusting brakes only came in. On the t25

  7. Swedish Bays had self adjusting rear brakes. Parts are very hard to find.

Been using it today, done about 100 miles in it now and getting a bit more confident in it, sorted a few rattles, was going well
    [IMG]
Much more fun these kph speedos
Then developed a squeak from the drivers side front wheel which turned into a graunchy rattle by the time I got home, not had time to check but think wheel bearing has collapsed
