  1. Thought I'd put some pics back up as I've got a spare few minutes. Wont add much in the way of text but the pictures will hopefully speak for themselves :)

  7. Cheers dude, it's been well over three years in the making and we make our maiden voyage on jubilee weekend. I have some more pics somewhere so should get them up.

I was just about to say, how long had it taken,

Alot of time and effort in there, well done for getting it finished.

  9. Cheers, although not finished yet. Want to get it put a little closer to the deck and maybe a change of wheels but still unsure which wheels.

  10. Top job. You did that all by yourself?! I really admire your sort of talent. There seems to be plenty of it TLB too. Makes me feel very envious and quite inadequate everytime I see it. Wish I could do this, instead of paying others to do most of it for me. Nice work, mate.

  11. Cheers, but seriously, when I bought this bus I knew NOTHING about restoring vehicles. The most I could do to any car was perhaps an oil change and standard checks. I didn't do the welding, I paid someone to do that. But everything else I did, even rewiring. The spray job I did isn't great up close(in fact a bit bad) but Im not after a show vehicle. I taught myself to do the things by loads of reading up, watching YouTube and asking questions to the very knowledgable guys on this site. It's a phrase quite often used but if I can do it...................

All you need is a load of time, quite a bit of dough and a very understanding wife and kids
