I use a wooden dowel a close fit in the bearing, fill the bore with grease and give the dowel a sharp hit and the bearing will pop out.

  2. I have flywheel off so just tap it out from rear

The flywheel just has a parallel hole so as it’s off just tap it out .

You might be lucky and it comes out in one peice, more likely it’ll fall to bits and the outer race will still be in there, careful grinding with a dremel until it’s so thin in one spot it’ll break and come out was my method!

  7. I couldn't find 7 inch RHD sealed units or ones that didn't have a side light bulb ...these are cheap Jeep Wrangler Hella units from eBay £30 . The aluminium plug seals the hole left when side light bulb is removed ... They fit the existing frame perfect .....if you want I'll send eBay link ...

I also have the Eruo front lenses but am waiting for the wiring kit , again Hella ....

Had a bit of a nightmare changing gearbox input and out put seals as they were brittle ....

Oh yes please. It’ll be quite a while before I get round to it it but I can put it on the list. Currently on a marathon case clean while I await return of crank, rods etc.

  13. Yes. ..….….and no .... there was a company that converted a number of them but all left the factory as lefties

  18. Struggling to find CV joints . You can convert bug 94 x 32 x 33spline but I can’t find decent GKN ones for a decent price
