  3. It just took me 23 minutes to read all of that... (Slow reader o_O) I almost want to buy it, just so i can start another thread on why i did it! I should really be asleep... :confused:

  4. Well after being at Busfest for the weekend I have looked at the prices I am going to drop mine to £16.000ono I have had a well respected person in the scene confirm this price. ;-)
    Just to let you all know dealer had a 31,000 mile viking that had a repaint and battery tray done for £23.000!

  7. Well I'm going start doing all the little jobs this week, so anything I spend will be adding it to the price! lol
    £16.000 is a fair price for it, 20k would of been nice but the more I do the less I will shift on the price, it may even go up! lol.
    £16.000 I make some and the person who buys this bus will buy it for a investment, this van will go up in value if its looked after or as someone said, put away and brought out in another 5-10 years.

    I vacumed it out the other day and it has been waxed from inside too! I will post up a few more pictures later.

    If anyone wants to build a show van this is the one for you.


    New curtians have been made.
    New calipers
    New discs and pads.
    New shoes
    New Master cylinder
    New brake fluid
    New wheeel cylinders
    New £50 number plates made
    Full mot, and will re-mot for the new owner if they want
    6 months tax and if I get a good price I will pay for next years tax.
    New hub caps
    New window rubbers
    New oil filter
    New oil and filter
    New air filter


    100% German steel. ;-)

    me? only 'cos the side reflectors were round on pre 70/71 earlies how's that geeky?

  14. Its a late 1969 I think. I bought it off my mate who imported it and done all the work for a MOT and left it, I am going to collect it at the weekend. He offered it to me and I said yes, then this green one came along and I had to say yes to both! lol
    I'll post a few more pics if any one is interested?
