2nd Class Parcel

I bought a recon carb from someone on VZI that had problems when it arrived, I returned it on the 11th for a refund using Post Office 2nd class parcel post. I PM'd them today and they say it has still not arrived.
Should I start worrying yet or will the post sometimes take this long?

Did you bother insuring it ?

 

I say this a I sent a mobile phone by recorded delivery that they lost and they would only pay up to £30 ,which they still didnt

 

I would of thought that they'd have received by now

Is it a reputable firm?

 

1st class is 2-3 days tops and 2nd is officially 3-5.

In reality 1st is next day and 2nd is a couple of days so it should be there by now.
