WANTED 2 No. Latebay Alloy Wheels?

Hi all, got a trailer project running on standard late bay steels & was wondering if anyone has a couple (2) alloy wheels that maybe need a bit of TLC that I could buy, either with or without tyres...

Let me know what you have got & how much you want... reply here or drop me a PM.

I'm in Leicestershire but in no rush so distance isn't an issue we can sort something!

whats on the T5?

 

The ones that came with it, are they the same fitment? I have no idea lol

 

What I mean is, is ther owt about with a similar look to your bus wheels?

clearly im no expert on T5 wheels but something complimentary to that would look great. You will be colour matching it next!

 

Maybe in the future but current budget won't allow still got to sort tow bar!

 

don't tell me... it has to be a VW tow bar or the ECU wont recognise it which will result in the nearside front passenger window only operating each first Tuesday of the month between 7 and 9pm!

T5 is 5x120


Although if you got adapters those alloys are normally really cheap to pick up

Kind of but it's just a bit of wiring and it full integrates with the ECU and switches the reversing sensors off when it detects something is attached fto the trailer socket

The tow bars & wiring looms are Westfalia (you can get others) but I believe the westfalia ones are what VW use anyway but your kind of right but like Matt has said due to the modern electricery stuff it needs programming & for the difference in cost between a relay spliced loom option its not worth messing around! Do it properly, do it once!

 

I reckon the trailer would be ok on a couple of passat rims as weight / loading isn't a major issue, they look the same as mine!

Passat wheels should fit, there is a 15" Passat allot that looks very similar to yours

I have a couple of golf mk3 alloys 5x100 stud pattern. Tyres are very good from what I remember.

 

No good I'm afraid the stud pattern needs to be as a latebay 5x112 which is the same as a Passat allegedly?
