A bit early to say but mine took my battery from half to fully charged today pretty easily. I will get some photos from my mate with the T5 for those who are interested.

 

Stupid question, what are you powering off your LB that benefits from the solar?

 

I would power my fridge if I had it when not on hookup

 

Yep you can run anything off your leisure battery and the solar can attempt to keep it topped up.

Obviously depends how much you pull from the battery, so a good compressor fridge and led lights and you should be fine.

What are we running from the LB?

On cold days we have a Propex but it drains the battery. Also I have apnoea so sleep with a CPAP ventilator which has two main benefits a) I get a great nights sleep and wake up fresh and alert, and b) I am not beaten to death in the night with a lead pipe by Mrs Bot for snoring. The CPAP is basically a small low pressure air compressor and three days max on the LB without a recharge.

The idea is that we can camp away from hookup indefinitely (with luck). The panel was running 20v most of yesterday so I reckon the 100w might well be a good gide to the output for most of the day provided the clouds aren't too thick.

 

The panels are much the same there are only a few people who make them
The clever bit is the controller it's worth spend the same if not more on this to make the most of set up

 

Ive just found a review of your controller and it sounds like it's the bees knees, I understood about half of what he was showing but he sounds like he knows what he's talking about and he thought it was good.
