10" tyres eriba puck

Discussion in 'Mech Tech' started by pkrboo, Mar 10, 2015.

  1. After taking the wheels of the puck to paint then white I noticed the age if the tyres.

    1996 and 1997 eeeek!!!

So currently the tyres that are on are tube type and Michelin xzx. 4.5R10 size.

So what should I replace with as I can't seem to find this size on the net anywhere

To be fair considering their age they don't look too bad. Lol

  6. Is it the same as 10" trailer tyres? Or are they a different size?

  9. There are some on there that are 5.00x10 also

Think I will have to call and actually speak to someone

    Mini wheels are 3.5x10

Just call a trailer place, get 6 or 8 ply ones :)

  11. I'd keep them ,it's only a trailer/caravan..

keep them the new ones wount last as well

  13. Ordered some new wheels which were 3.5x10 with 145R10 8ply tyres. Unfortunately they were too wide, I tried the tyres on the original 3x10 wheels and they were better but still very close to rubbing, so I have since found some tube type tyres and inner tubes the same size as the old ones but 6 ply, from germany. Much better fit.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

  16. Cant see anything resembling a date on my trailer tyres. 1980's I'm guessing. Got years to go still:eek:
