Sorry, no good asking me I'm afraid - being aware of this difficulty I've never been in your position.
in the end i pressed out the bakelite bushes from my old shot beam, and pressed tthem back into the new one! but making new bushes wouldnt have been hard! plus i found some urethrne ones as plan B!
