I have fitted a hob and a 3 way fridge into the van. I just need to get the gas all plumbed in. Are there any regulations to follow or anyone local to havant that is able to do this? Many thanks Adam
I'm interested in this too. Also, is there a recommended way to secure the gas bottle too, and where not to put it?
Not sure about regulations, possibly is, but I just did all mine myself and gave all the connections a good leak test with washing up liquid. As for the gas bottle, main thing is make sure there is a vent low down in the area your storing the bottle so if there is a leak the gas that is heavier than air will go out the vent and not fill the van. I was going to secure my gas bottle with a elasticated strap but the cupboard it fits in also has the fresh and waste water containers, and by the time they are in there they pin the gas bottle securely in place anyway.
