  9. Milly drove really bad on the way back from Stanford Hall & I was quite worried, Tudor took her away yesterday to have a good look, it turned out to be a rouge tappet, hes replaced this and now its running fine again thankfully. [IMG]

When I had the LPG fitted, I had to move the Propex, I put it in the small cupboard, I want now to move it to under the passenger seat as I saw someone else do, time to pull it all out:-

Picked at some blisters I saw underneath, this one was good news:-

  13. Removed the swivel seat base today:-

I realized that you can reset the Propex through the air hole, you don't have to take the lid off:-
    [IMG]

Started to cut up the seat base:-

Sprayed some Dynitrol on the top of the seat base where the paint in the factory never got to:-
    [IMG]

Made a mistake then, my wife didn't like the thought of the vent holes facing the front so I had to weld up 3 holes, 1 big one and two small ones.:-
    [IMG]

The rust above the jacking point got worse when I dug at it:-
    [IMG]

Put the strength back into the weakened seat base but with more clearance for the Propex:-
    [IMG]

    Put some paint on it:-
    [IMG]

Put the seat swivel base back on & painted it:-

  18. Its taken a long time for all those pics to load since i last checked your thread
The internet in this rural village is awfull

Those things you pointed out to be sorted and the repaint i agree with dude they would drive me bonkers
Im suffering some of the same sort of things but @Paul Weeding has given me his word that he will sort them all untill im happy with them and for that i have to give him his dues
Its after service that makes or brakes things for me

With regards to you old door cards what are you doing with them?
I only ask as i know of two members that have non and are short of cash and probably would be glad of them even if they aint up to your standard

  19. I'm hoping to get some new ones at Busfest, I'll let you know if I do. :)

  20. Do you really need to cut away to get the propex in as that looks a great place to have it or was that because you have the swivel seat base, yet another quality job by yourself by the way
