Front bench seat?

I have had a bit of a search, but with no luck yet. I have seen a few campers that have a full width bench seat in the front, for the driver and passenger. The camper I am picking up at the weekend has two separate seats.

Is there a way of fitting something that would provide me with the bench seat, rather than the two individual - does something exist that is original VW, or would it have to be a bench seat from another car? Could it be a bench seat from the back of a VW, as I think I have seen one on Ebay.

Sorry for all the questions, but thought it was worth an ask - hopefully they make sense!

It was an option from the factory M501 the parts don't usually come cheap though.

have a look at a VW Evolution flip seat I saw one fitted in a Split Screen the other week.

Wow! The flips seat looks great, but... What a cost!

Funnily enough a customer of ours made his own front bench seat that flips to face the back. Not the best pic but you can see what I mean...
