Carb related question - where is the brake servo located, and my carbs have an outlet that is supposed to go to that. How does that work? From what i gather the servo is at the front is it not? And is there inlets/outlets on it specifically for the carbs?

I am so clueless at this sorry to annoy you all. But once i learn something i don't forget it.

Servo upfront by the beam. (Big upright disc like thing)
    Hose to engine bay.
    Non-return valve.
    Hose to manifold.

So if i dont have one what do i do with the inlet/outlets that is on the carbs for the servo?

Block them off or fit a servo.

  13. Yep just run a pipe from one manifold to the other

  14. I bought some servo pipe and made a coper t-piece with plumbers pipe !! Been fine since I had it and a new servo from colair with discount (Brazilian ) is less than £80 brand new !!

Dunno what a servo does anyway. Do I need one if I don't have one? And why?

    found it.

and then my next question is where does it normally attach? does the servo have a solid pipe running to the back?

    What is this also?

the white bit is attached to it

this is the other part of the said contraption

    thanks all.

  19. The square white thing is a fuel filter and the cylindrical part it's connected to is a fuel pump

  20. There should be a solid pipe for the servo running most of the legnth of the bus with plastic pipes at the ends for connecting it to the engine and servo

Difficult to see in the pics, but I think the servo pipe is the one above the fuel line with the bolt in the end of it?
