  5. Horrible picture of the light brush on coat of underseal
It will look a lot better when ive sprayed a coat over it and cleaned the excess of the conduits

  6. glad you've decided to keep it....there's a lot of work, time and emotion gone into this bus....think you'll really appreciate it when you're back on track...
when I got mine back after 12months at the butcher/painter's I was so fecked off with the whole thing I very nearly flogged it as a project....glad I didn't

it meant something to me then...it means something completely different now

  7. Its not a bus its a van;)

  8. tbh it took me a couple of years to realize I was sitting on literally thousands of hours of graft, all done on a shoestring, to a pretty good standard...non of which would be reflected in what I'd get for it unfinished

  9. I look at it as how much trouble i could have got myself into if i didnt spend them hours on the van:theforce:
It will never be worth the hours ive put into it in terms of money
But as life lessons and enrichment coupled with meeting some amazing people along the way
    Its worth it

  10. How does it make it brighter if its not as reflective as the original finish?

It's brighter than it was before I painted it but not as bright as a new one would be. When I took the lights apart all it had inside was the grey plastic so almost anything would have made it better.
One day I might see if I can cannibalise some torches and use the reflectors out of them.

  12. That grey plastic is the original finish they came with bob
I painted mine silver and then used a light reflecting paint over the top of that

  13. Ive cleaned up the rear rubber bump stops
They are in better condition than the new front ones i fitted only 2 years ago
