Kindness Day was born when a collection of humanitarian groups came together on November 13, 1997 and made a “Declaration of Kindness”. Likewise, on Kindness Day everyone is encouraged to make a similar declaration. Donating books, food or clothes to your local community is a great way to celebrate. However, pledging to commit just one act of kindness is no less worthwhile: hold the door open for a stranger, compliment your neighbour on their collection of garden gnomes, let your partner have control of the TV remote for the evening. Someone needs to tell the politicians. Not me, I'm not talking or listening to them.
ME GET THE REMOTE that would be more than kind I will tell her you what you said though bern . Does that mean I’m just kind every day
I kindly built her an arbor to go over her garden bench and thought bet I don’t get the remote , guess what she said I can have it ,,,,eeeeehhhhh well she’s going out . She did buy me a can of briwax though huh more polishing and I’ve gota paint the arbor when rain stops . Kind in I
When you said you'd built her an arbor, I thought you meant something like Portsmouth or Southampton! No wonder she's not impressed!
I kindly moved my van today even though I was not blocking a lady’s drive. She was elderly and said she had been able to drive off ok but wasn’t as good at reversing so needed more room.
I didn’t honest! I was extra nice as I’d been interrupted all afternoon and the customers were out so I opened the door a bit abruptly making her take a step backwards
I honestly thought for a moment you meant you'd been in the shed making up one of these for the poor dear lass so she could better "get the bit between her teeth"
