There is that and the added expense of shaving cream, brushes, new blades etc. Plus, think of all the time I've saved over the past 47 years.

"Roll up roll up, see Gerty the bearded woman. No touching if you please !" All shouted in an East Grimstead accent.
Apparently there is a thing called ‘dermablading- the exfoliation and facial hair removal with a sharp blade’ and Beauty therapists will undoubtedly charge a pretty penny for it... Its called SHAVING! There was already a word for it!
Can't grow a beard Never could, when I was younger it looked like patchy bumfluff, worse now I'm grey!
I just been for a 'trendy skin fade' haircut from the new barber down town Barberzone, they call it. It used to be The Pipe Shop,a place of wonder, where you could used to buy all your pipes and fags and papers and stuff.I think the owner must have retired on the profits from blue king size rizla, what with the huge influx of people that has moved here, and the ever increasing smell of weed that wafts around everywhere, now! ( we need another hairdressers here,as there is only about a kazillion of them, that and bloody coffee shops). Anyway. They offer a free 'ear flaming'. You ever heard of that? They light a bit of wadding that's been soaked in methylated spirits on a long stick, then wave it around your ears. The heat singes away all the hair! It's an old method, apparently. New to me...
I think @Barry Haynes and @bernjb56 have been sporting that look for some time. As for "ear flaming" I get that regularly from Ms.T usually after I've bought something by "accident".
