Celebrate and protect our natural environment by taking part in Earth Day. Join with community groups to explore environmental and ecological issues on local and international scales, and work towards making a difference to our habitat. I’m just deciding what to superglue myself to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lots of people will be celebrating Earth day by queuing for hours in fuming traffic jams in order to spend a short time communing with the raw sands of nature on some overcrowded beach amongst scores of hideous children dripping ice cream everywhere, mewling and getting sick. Me? I shall be celebrating the bountiful fruits of mother earth in the form of cider and beer at our local pub's Easter festival!

Dinosaurs roamed peacefully around the earth for 150 million years until that asteroid struck. 70 million years later and we've come to this! I wonder what the earth would be like today if that asteroid had missed.
I look at it mathmatically - if you assume that only 1 star in a billion has planets and out of them planets only 1 in billion has life then there will be about 10 million planets in the universe with life -that makes the human race pretty insignificant .indeed if the sun "coughed" ( metaphorically speaking) we would cease to exist but the universe wouldn,t notice - so why worry one day it'll all end so enjoy it while you can
Or it makes us pretty special, of course... To celebrate Earth Day, I shall be starting my 1967 Atco mower. I may invite Greenpeace round to watch.
It’s fine, don’t worry. Emma Thompson’s coming round later to give a short presentation on variability in tropospheric temperature measurements. Oh no, hang on, my mistake. She’s coming round to say “Mwah, mwah, mwah”.
I’m too much of a lady to respond to that question, plus I think people in the flats at the back can see in
