I can only see one. Two different doses but same drug, or is that what you meant?
I wouldn’t bin anything except on the advice of your doctor.

 

ones 20 mg the other is top up 10 mg

I hope you’ve asked your gp to see a proper cardiologist and he’s not just trying to treat you himself? If not, ask for a referral pdq!

 

He’s had a heart attack so almost certainly already under a cardiologist.....just sayin like
