Had an itch that would not go away. Forget about scene tax all together. Also say goodbye to slow noisy rusty cold high fuel consumption bla bla bla. I can get a cracking deal on a new vivaro and I love this new colour. Make my own camper, Rickyroo style. Anyhow I borrowed this from my boss for the weekend. It's his new company car. Good news is the itch has gone and I'm very happy to keep the old bus, warts and all.
It drives like a car, has all mod cons. It's a good price. I could use it all year round. I love the colour. Easy to work on (it's my job). 40 + mpg and I would love to make my own camper BUT is just so boring and has no sole. After 150 miles I jumped out as if nothing had happened. Another thing it was a proper pain to find a parking space. I guess in ten years time it'll be worth peanuts but the old bus might be 30k.
I have the short wheelbase for work your right it drives like a car ,but all it does is gets me to work and back ,its not any different to any other van to drive and I've had two Mercedes recently
I feel a lot happier now. Imagine shelling out all that money to be disappointed. No one batted an eye at this despite the colour. I got the feeling they were thinking look at that knob trying to squeeze in to that space. All the doubt are gone. Full on love for the bay.
The pitch at work is full of white or black ones. Always has been. Thousands of them. Then this green one turns up and sticks out like a sore thumb. Everyone except me and my boss hate it.
