1977 BAY WINDOW AUSSIE IMPORT 2L Type 4 Reluctant sale due to lack of use and change of circumstances Since purchasing the vehicle 3 years ago I’ve spent thousands of pounds on restoring the vehicle including Full photographic body restoration Rust treated underneath and lightly stone chipped Brand new RV Tec interior retrim including sound proofing , roof lining , flooring , 240v hook up , flooring , rock n roll bed , new fridge & cooker all unused , new securon rear seat belts etc New Proud to Pop pop top Wheels powdercoated with brand new c rated tyres 4 new KYB shock absorbers New NLAVW roof rack New clutch New MOT Plus much more |Bits left to finish off would be a front carpet set , it still has the original rubber mat Has no curtains although all new rails are fitted and I haven’t yet fitted a gas bottle or water bottle although all the fittings are fitted which are brand new and unused The engine runs lovely with a brand new weber carburettor conversion fitted ( I still have the original twin carbs and linkages to go with the vehicle ) New Accuspark electronic ignition Does have a very small oil leak from the dipstick bellows which I believe is a common problem Exhaust isn’t in the greatest of condition but was fine for the MOT Based in Ruislip , Middlesex Looking for offers in the region of 20k Regards Russ

Im sure its noce but for the money i think id like those little jobs done eg exhaust, dipstick bellows and so on. Looks lovely tbh but likely you need to advertise more widely.
It looks nice but the price is probably top end and if you really want to sell it take some pics in a decent location – I know it doesn’t make the bus any better but peeps imagine where they could be if they bought it and outside a row of houses and an untidy business unit is not where most would want to be
The problem is many people on here already have buses so I would also suggest advertising elsewhere. BTW as your trying to sell the van the more negatives you mention the less likely someone is to enquire further.
