Hey all, New owner of a rust bucket aka '73 Bay. Always wanted one and always wanted a bit of a project - so now have both! Got a good deal on the price so am fully (he says now!) aware of the work needed to it. Will be getting the body work sorted asap - lots of welding! And have started stripping the interior out
Only joined at the weekend myself but welcome from Norfolk One thing I learnt was, do small bits at a time otherwise it seems never ending. Mark
AndyC that would be great! I've not been under a car for a while, hope the Mrs likes the smell of swarfega! Thanks for the welcome everyone!
No worries. If you ever want to compare buses, look at mine to see how things "should" be, or just borrow some tools/books, give me a shout.
Hello and welcome from the depths of the New Forest. Looking forward to following your progress, make sure to start a resto thread ( if you haven't already) and stick up loads of before, during, and eventually after photos.
Welcome from a not too distant Surrey! Look forward to watching your progress. Are you doing the bodywork yourself?
