Gone and got myself a late bay .....76 LHD Berlin ....imported in 2012 and partly restored.....chuffed to mint balls...currently having a good service and then I'll be looking at tidying up the interior....let the fun begin....would love advice on where to source interior parts and the best uprated mods for 21st century living ..cheers

plenty of decent suppliers in't North West...Schofield's has been mentioned, Bluebird Customs up in Great Harwood...sign up for German Swedish and French (GSF) discounts for service parts, oils etc.....we have a resident insider (Alex) at VW Heritage, top engine builders (Rob Parry, Paul Weeding) Cabinet maker (SH Joinery), coachtrimmers (Sweeney todd), Resto specialist (Davidoft, Zed)....builders, plumbers, sparks, IT specialists, teachers,welders....you name it...not a bad place to ask questions tbh...
you can also get a Late Bay discount with Coolair (Big rich)....all good stuff
