what roof style / conversion is this ..

I called it a viking but it isnt, as it doesnt have the extension out the side its a straight forward one side lift .. its 4 berth... I read recently on here that it was a sought after conversion...?

I could be really elitist here and say, at least its on the roof of a type 2, but I wont, and to show no ill will in response to your suggestion that the roof is boat like , I will wish you all the best with your builders van.. now be serious ....

 

I think it's a bit rounded for a Moonraker. I have one in the car park, it's too dark now but I'll have a look tomorrow.

 

when i had my westy i took all the upside down boat jokes, the builders van jokes worry me not.

 

thankfully , I put in enough smileys.. some folk would take that seriously

Cheers ... gave deven moonraker doubletop a google and loads of pics came up showing same roof and formica emblazoned interior units which this one had ,, think youve nailed it folks .. at least I know what I have now..
