Techenders 18/19 APRIL 2015 - Who's coming & What you doing?

I'm trying to see if he can stay with his dad... btw has anyone fitted a heater booster fan? If so is it hard to do and do they work? My feet get soooo cold!

I've half fitted one - the fan is in place but planning on doing the wiring of it at TE at the weekend - so can't tell you yet whether it makes much of a difference, but will hopefully know over the weekend!

Won't help much if the rest of the heating system isn't doing much, do you know what state it's in?

 

Hey Nick you have bought the same blower as me !! Mine still sitting on the shelf in my garage.. Lol
I will wire mine to come on with the blower in the engine bay.
My air is warm just low volume coming through i have space blanketed all my ducting ...!! )

 

Two new heat exchangers at vast expense. But I can only feel a tiny difference after more than £400!

 

My bet it uv got a leak some were as mine blows a gale when driving and even at idle it melts ice on windscreen , I wrapped all the pipes from front to back this stopped all the leaks allso set up your cables do pods open fully mine never and now it's great !! I have to turn it die no the mway and iv got new repro ones allso , if u do make it this weekend I can show u if you like

 

I will also bring my breaker bar if any one needs it

 

Sounds like a job for techenders , your flaps might not be opening properly or there could be gaps or blockages in the system !

 

Iv got a huge pack of bacon that need to be eaten this weekend so I'll knock up some bacon rolls for Sunday breakfast guys !!

Ok i may need a wee favour iv left my steering box seals at home and got all the way to Leeds and I have a lot of play and a colicky noise and the main shaft seal has lots of play in it still got oil in as it's still coming out the bottom Has anyone got some i could borrow and then I'll post mine to you ?? Bacon cobs from mrs daisy as she not like the funny noise it's making !!
