Haha my Datsun 100a was Ziebarted in the 70's I think from new (hence its good condition) but yes lots of nice little plastic plugs on the sills etc with Ziebart proudly emblazened on them! Money old and rope come to mind!
You say thorough others would say over the top On my van ive put it into places that are not on that map and also used more than other people would as i like to see it has crept out This has been easy on my van as its stripped bare after resto and paint It would be a pain on a fully fitted out camper The subject of cavity waxing with any type of vehicle ends up in an almost what oil type debate I do agree with zed about not drilling holes if its not needed and a longer lance being a great asset.
That cavity wax map is for a prototype bay anyway I would like to see if they did a revised one for a late bay.
So that's what the two holes (31 & 32 on map) are for at the back just above the bumper, must inject and seal up with a bung then!
No such thing as too much rust protection, and lots of people are quite happy to pay for a job to be done properly. I can't remember the saying properly but something along the lines of... "Long after you've forgotten the price you'll remember the quality". Or something like that anyway.
Really should have injected something into mine, though I assume it'd have to be done after paint of it'll cause a reaction. Not easy to do when you only do a panel here and there and not a complete resto.
