  12. They're very good. Watched the "making of" DVD that came with them. Have to say they're not the neatest when cutting off parts on the original Bay and a little worry crept in but the finished items are stunning.
A few age related marks which will be sorted soon (green one is having colour changed shortly, bit too loud!). I will get more photos up soon

  13. Hello from Lancashire - my wife loves the Splitty style - but prices are too high - your conversions look the part and make a good compromise.

  14. thats alot of work to change from bay to splitty ....whats left of the bay ?

i wondered the same - enlighten us - aren't bays wider for a start?

  16. and panel vans ....:D

  17. Think of the film Face Off :)
They cut the entire front from the bay and replaced it with a handmade nose and various sections.

The rear has had windows filled in (gutted when I saw that on the video, would have been amazing to have more windows). The air intakes on the rear were added and loads of other trim parts. The dash was replaced as well with a replica.

I'll get some photos of the red one tonight to show some of the work

  18. Love them both. Are they for business or leisure use? Look forward to resto pics.

  19. one is for business but we think we may have to sell the red one soon to pay for the green one's respray plus our garage isn't quite big enough at the moment.

it's a hard choice as love them both

  20. Well fooled me ,thought they were splits ,welcome :)
