  5. Didn't I read somewhere that it is 60th anniversary of VW Transporter - that should tie in nicely with VW Dealerships

    I think I have drawn the short straw there, new cam follower in my hand, was weighing up fitting it a minute ago but I'm pooped, job for the morning

    Got my 412 to fit up now as I have all the panels back from the painters :D

  13. Count me in as I can cover north Hampshire/Wiltshire and possibly Berkshire depending on the final route. Have VW dealer local too if that's the theme.

    As an ageing gay hippy freeloader I think charity money should go to a good cause in the UK. Something to do with children would be my preference. Does anyone have a children's hospice near them?

  18. This is such a great idea. Think it would be good to agree a charity up front because no doubt opinions vary and there are so many good causes to choose from.

    If we were going to pursue the idea of approaching VW it would be sensible to understand which charities they are already involved in - if there's one that we both favour then that could be a hook to get them interested.
