As an ageing gay hippy freeloader I think charity money should go to a good cause in the UK. Something to do with children would be my preference. Does anyone have a children's hospice near them?

This is such a great idea. Think it would be good to agree a charity up front because no doubt opinions vary and there are so many good causes to choose from.

If we were going to pursue the idea of approaching VW it would be sensible to understand which charities they are already involved in - if there's one that we both favour then that could be a hook to get them interested.
