  1. Sounds like a good find JR, look forward to seeing some progress pics...:)

  2. That looks brilliant. I have a '78 poptop version (just failed her MOT, groan) but the interior really needs some lerve. Can I ask two questions? When the sides of the cooker fold up, how are they supposed to attach to the back of the fold-up worktop? Some kind of brackets? My sides just flop (the cooker's, that is...)
Also have you ever found where to source the buddy seat? I have the 'wardrobe' cabinet on which they attach but no buddy seat. Just luck on ebay/gumtree/here etc?
Thanks and congrats on a fab looking result of your labours!

  3. There should be a stainless back piece as well that they slot into, mine had been removed through and I just had 2 screws fixed into the underside of the work top so when it was up the side could hook onto those.

I found a second hand one on here someone was selling, although I think a company called bluebird customs sell them new

  4. Many thanks!

  5. SOS ... Replaced all fuel hoses today , fuel filter filled up with petrol .... Then heard a dripping from underneath ... Small metal pipe from fuel tank knackerd ... Does this mean new fuel tank ? And how do I remove it ?
