as posted few weeks ago would love to have gone but we visiting friends in Peterborough, traveling down Sat morning so I will look out for you if your travelling about, I will be in the Bus as we stopping on their drive, have good un people.

Like @Tiny-Pie says, this was mentioned when this site was first proposed by another member back in the thread but people still went with it, also the website does seem rubbish and dated but to be sure, there is a warden on site at all times and the toilets are locked by code ( lots of sites do this ) but he will give you the code on arrival, it's cheap and cheerful ( £7 per unit per night ) so two adults, two kids, two dogs and a awning works out a pound each Good value I reckon. Trying to find a site that will accommodate a large group on a bank holiday weekend is hard to find so those that wanna come just roll with it like i'm gonna do coz it's a nice place and even nicer if the sun shines like it gonna

Bringing bikes for the kids but not room for mine, that's a shame

Might bring me mobility scooter though!

 

Right this may help people who need to go in an emergency , ive got a toilet tent which we could place strategicly for anyone who wants to use it with their "own" bucket / porta or what ever . Its not an instead of just for emergency and makes more room . Ok hope this helps .

Looks like I'll be coming on my lonesome. Daughter has landed a job as a lifeguard, so the wife has to take her too and from work. Down side is some of you oldies may drown in the lake without a lifeguard present! upside is I can drink more.

 

Change of plan this weekend were camping up Cheshire way and was planing to Come over for Sunday but bit far out the way for 1 night allso off to Zante next week so need to keep some penny's and keep mrs daisy happy !! Catch up with the guys iv not met later in the year I'm sure ,enjoy guys !!!!
