Did you get that Permatex 3 for the Push Rod seals in the end?

 

Cheers @oscar got one of those so I think it's a dodgy solenoid, seems spot on but tends to let me down after stopping after a long drive

 

mine did the same replaced starter, excellent now

 

Mines a auto like yours @rickyrooo1 I've a feeling that mine needs replacement too but been putting it off, but with summer trips down sarf planned might have to crack on and do it, £150 not cheap though...

 

I'll sling a bottle of barbecue lighting fluid in the bus before I leave. Just as effective as petrol at getting things to burn, only you get to keep your eyebrows.

 

i managed to get a new one off @sharpey (i think) for £80, got my old one and thinking of getting it reconned.

I've just given my van a clean ready for the weekend.

Well by "clean" I mean a rub with a damp rag in the rain and only on the sliding door side, as that's the only side most people see.
