Its pay on the gate mate so no real need to confirm as it were.
Its good to have an idea of numbers though, so just let everyone know if you're not going.

    Note to self.

    Refresh.

  4. OK - thanks :)

  5. Are you fitting another 1/4 light or a plain window?

Happy to help with a plain window but the read 1/4's are a real pita.

And the new seals are a completely different profile to the originals. I gave up and re-used the one I'd taken off.

  7. I'm replacing the 1/4 light - so that means a new seal around the 3/4 glass too.

I've heard it's a nightmare job which is why I've avoided it and is why I might try with people who know what they are doing with windows around!

Keep your old seal, the new one won't fit.

  9. Any idea what the window frame is like?

  11. Current frame is shot and so have got a replacement window with a very good frame to go in.

Thanks for the tip on keeping the seal Baysearcher - do you mean the seal for the 1/4 light, the 3/4 glass, or both? I've got new seals for both...

Will bring everything along and see how brave I'm feeling and what the weather is like!

    Thanks.

    Keep the old 1/4 seal.
What is the window aperture like? Have you looked under the window seal?

  13. On the hook ups is it 1st come 1st served?

  14. I've got an old rear 1/4 light and seal ,will bring it just incase you need to use it

  15. Thanks Lord Congi - that would be much appreciated. I'm LHD with the 1/4 light near-side/left in case that makes a difference!

Yep. There's only 2 or 3 in the bottom field but loads up top if people really want them.

  17. It does ,err I'm RHD and mine I swapped was on the nearside?

Has the camp @rickyrooo1 comondante contacted Eddie as I'm thinking bottom field maybe boggy if a heatwave doesn't happen.

If they're both near side seals they'll be fine. Intact, it probably makes no difference depending which end of the aperture you want to fit them in?

was aware weather had been a bit poo, but as we are over 8 weeks away i think we can wait until nearer the time to be told bottom field is wet? we booked bottom field at the time but you know eddy, he will tell us on the day if we need to swap to top.
