  11. Ordered some rear quarter off-cuts to allow be to start the repair of the backend panels and chassis.
    A few pics of what I got:

    Nearside, lower panel and offside:

    Turns out the offside cut was from a 73 bay so couldn't use it to repair (did use bit's of metal from it though...)

    Started to tart them up ready for use:

    So, the offside cut is coming together :)

  13. Started to cut away the nearside rear quarter to see what I would be facing:

    1cm of filler :

    Then attacked the offside:

    This fell out of the cut:

    Luckily nothing in it :)

  16. Welding of the panel begins:

    So - that the D pillar and the chassis rail joined - just need the panels joining.

    Started to put filler on where some of the panels had been welded on many years ago!!

  18. Started to fill the out sill panel on the offside:

    Then ruptured my tendon so now in plaster so van is on hold:

    More or less up to speed now - hope you enjoyed the condensed version of the last 8 years :)

    Wow, it makes it look like you've only taken 4 weeks!

    Nice work, I'd forgotten how much you'd done.
